This size 10 ring features a large and stunning cabochon of Snowlake Turquoise. This is a material that I have only ever seen from a single lapidarist, so it is extremely special. I don't often pull stones out from my dragon's hoard of this material, but this stone deserves to be out in the world and worn.
This particular stone is a spectacular example of this hard to find turquoise - sky blue with bits of white and a river of black matrix running through it. There is a bit of natural from the host stone towards the top, which may seem like a flaw, but I always like to see reminders that these gorgeous stone we wear come from the earth.
The stone is accented by twist and smooth wire borders and sterling silver accent balls top and bottom, and I put a split-shank ring band on the with a decorative stamp. The back is stamped with my maker's mark and STERLING.
Handmade by me, Stephanie Stamp, under the sunny skies of New Mexico. Turquoise & opals are both considered a relatively soft and porous stone, and as with all silver based jewelry, this gem should be taken off when showering, applying lotion, etc. to avoid discoloration of the stone and to keep this piece in beautiful condition for years to come!
All pieces come with FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the US -- this means your new gem will come with a tracking number and is INSURED for full item value in case there are any in-transit shenanigans. Please allow 3-5 processing days for me to get your item packed and dropped into the mail.
