This necklace features a thick cut (hence "gumdrop" š) piece of some gorgeous teal Royston turquoise. I wrapped this stone in a decorative bead wire and strung it on an 18" sterling silver snake chain. The back is stamped with my maker's mark and STERLING.

Turquoise is considered a relatively soft and porous stone, and as with all silver based jewelry, this gem should be taken off when showering, applying lotion, etc. to avoid discoloration of the stone and to keep this piece in beautiful condition for years to come!
