This size 6.5 ring features a thick-cut, gemmy Aloe Variscite marquis shape with ribbons of gold/yellow and flecks of black. This material is some of my very favorite, mined by hand from a small claim in Nevada!
The stone is accented by twist wire borders and sterling silver accent balls, and I put a split-shank ring band on the with a decorative stamp. The back of the ring is stamped with my maker's mark and STERLING.

Turquoise & opals are both considered a relatively soft and porous stone, and as with all silver based jewelry, this gem should be taken off when showering, applying lotion, etc. to avoid discoloration of the stone and to keep this piece in beautiful condition for years to come!
